Tidelands and the team are ROCKSTARS!! I called them at 8:00 am and needed our HVAC fixed by 11:00 am for a guest arriving and they confirmed they could get out and would do their best to arrive before 11:00 am but at the latest will be there by 2:00 pm. They arrived onsite at 9:00 am and had the unit fixed before 11:00 am. Their customer service was something you do not see often these days, it was pleasant, to the point, and efficient.
